1. Introduction
Welcome to PixelCube Studio. These Terms & Services explain the conditions that apply when you book or use our photography services.
By booking a photography package, making an advance payment, confirming a shoot date, or using our services, you agree to the terms listed on this page.
2. Our Services
PixelCube Studio provides photography and visual content services, including but not limited to:
Wedding photography
Homecoming photography
Engagement photography
Pre-wedding photography
Birthday photography
Corporate event photography
Night party photography
Graduation photography
School event photography
Business launch photography
Indoor music program photography
Personal branding photography
Real estate photography
Private event photography
Service availability may depend on date, location, package selection, and team schedule.
3. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the required booking fee or advance payment has been received.
Submitting an inquiry through the website, WhatsApp, email, or social media does not confirm the booking until payment has been completed and confirmation has been provided by PixelCube Studio.
4. Booking Fee & Payment
A non-refundable booking fee or advance payment is required to reserve your date.
For selected event packages, 50% of the package value may be required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid on or before the shoot or event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
PixelCube Studio reserves the right to withhold final photo delivery until all outstanding payments are completed.
5. Package Details
Each package includes the services, coverage time, team structure, edited photo count, delivery method, and special features listed at the time of booking.
Package features, prices, and offers may be updated when necessary. Confirmed bookings will follow the package agreement active at the time of booking.
Custom packages can be arranged depending on the event type, coverage hours, locations, albums, printing requirements, and additional services.
6. Coverage Time
Coverage time starts from the agreed starting time stated during booking.
Delays caused by the client, event schedule, venue, makeup, travel, ceremony delays, or other circumstances may reduce available photography time.
Extra coverage hours can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to photographer availability.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
Providing accurate event details
Sharing the correct date, time, and location
Providing a clear event schedule where possible
Arranging venue permissions for photography
Informing PixelCube Studio about important moments to capture
Ensuring access to the venue and required areas
Coordinating with event planners, makeup artists, decorators, or venue teams where needed
PixelCube Studio is not responsible for missed moments caused by lack of access, incorrect information, schedule delays, or restrictions from the venue or event organizers.
